JUNIOR INTERHOUSE COMPETITION – LUNCH BOX

Junior Interhouse competition was held in the meal planning room on 13th December 2019. The theme of the competition was  ‘Lunch box’ . The students had to make a wholesome meal with good nutritional value. Students participated with full vigour and enthusiasm. They made  food items like cake, sandwiches, fruit cream, interesting desserts and beverages. Creativity and presentation was inspiring and appreciable.
This activity helped them to learn team work, planning and value of nutritious food.

JUNIOR INTERHOUSE DISPLAY BOARD COMPETITION

Junior Interhouse display board competition was held on 18th November 2019. The main theme was ‘Conservation’ and houses had to select their own sub themes. Boards were made on different topics like conservation of Indian Culture, conservation of Ozone layer, conservation of Wildlife etc. Students participated enthusiastically in the event and put their heart and soul in expressing their views and ideas.

INTERHOUSE SUB-JUNIOR FLOWER ARRANGEMENT COMPETITION

‘Every flower is a soul blossoming in nature’.

To inculcate and nurture the creative talent of our students, an Inter House Sub-Junior Flower Arrangement Competition was organised on 31st October 2019, in the school. Students of classes VI and VII participated in the competition. The amazing floral arrangements were a beautiful display of creativity, symmetry and blend of colours. The judges for the competition were Ms Kiran Sibal (TGT-Biology) and Mr Bappi Singha (TGT-Fine Arts). The first prize was won by Aravali House. The second prize winner was Satpura House and the third prize was bagged by Jayantia House.

 

INTERHOUSE SUB-JUNIOR PATRIOTIC GROUP SONG COMPETITION

Music ignites all areas of child development: intellectual, social, emotional, language and creativity. It plays an important role in the education of a child by providing him an opportunity of self- expression.

To inculcate and nurture the singing talent of our students, an Inter House Sub-Junior Patriotic Group Song Competition was organised on 14th August 2019, in the school auditorium. Students of classes VI and VII participated in the competition. The students demonstrated abundant energy and patriotic fervour through their melodious songs. The judges of the competition were Ms Lalita Ramakrishnan and Ms Jaya Pathak.

The first prize was won by Nilgiri House.

The second prize winner was Aravali House.

The third prize was bagged by Jayantia House.
