Policy for Promotion- CLASS IX
- Students need to pass the class with 33% in individual subjects and in the aggregate as well.
- Students failing in 1 or 2 subjects will be given a chance to appear in the retest in both the subjects.The passing marks in the retest of the concerned subject is 33%.
- Parents to prepare the students for the retest with a clear stand that,in case the student fails even one of the subjects of the retest, the student will be declared as DETAINED.
- No further review on the re- exam policy will be considered thereafter.
- Those failing in class IX for the second consecutive year will be asked to take a compulsory transfer certificate from the school.
- Those students who are absent from tests/ exams on account of medical reasons must submit the medical certificate and leave application within 48 hours of joining the school.
Policy for Promotion- CLASS XI
- The promotion from Class XI to Class XII will be based on the marks secured on 40% of the first term and 60% of the term in each subject.
- Students will need to have a clear pass of 33% separately for the Practical and Theory to be eligible for promotion.
- Students failing in 1 subject will be given a retest in the concerned subject.The passing marks in the retest of the concerned subject is 33%.
- Parents to prepare the students for the retest with a clear stand that, in case the student fails the retest, the student will be declared as DETAINED.
